There are loads of ways you can get involved in the Students’ Union whether it’s running for an officer post, becoming an Academic Rep or attending Union Council. If media is your thing then there are loads of opportunities for you. GK Media is a collection of various student media groups supported by the Students' Union; there's GK News (newspaper), GK Radio, and GK TV.

With over 50 societies and sports clubs for Students’ Union members at Staffs, there is no shortage of things to do and if you’re not sure what you want to do or fancy trying something new then why not try our ‘Give it a go’ taster sessions that will be running throughout the year.

The Union also offers great volunteering opportunities for you to get involved in. The Community Volunteering Scheme offers a great way to do something for others, meet new people and develop your skills.
