The Students’ Union is run by students for students – that means we’re completely dedicated to representing students at Staffs and helping provide what they want from their student experience. That covers everything from advice and support, great venues and events to representation, sports clubs, activities and even a dedicated student media service.
We’re constantly striving to ensure the best possible experience for all students at Staffs and free membership of the Students’ Union is automatic on enrolling at Staffordshire University. That means our students get to have their say in what we do and how we do it.

The Lounge is a recently refurbished, stylish bar serving great food and coffee as well as the traditional bar refreshments seven days a week. The Staffordshire Stallions are a successful University team across the two campus', in 2007/2008 and 2008/09 having reached the National Championship Game in the British Universities American Football League (BUAFL) as Northern Champions. Going 12-0 on the way to the final there is no better team to join then the American Football team, no matter how much experience you have. We have top quality trained coaches that can produce players from no experience to NFL standards.
Joining the Stallions gives you more opportunities then any sport at University level. Past players have gone on to play for Great Britain and have even joined NFL teams.
This season we will be looking to improve on last years 4-4 campaign which saw the Stallions go undefeated in 2011. Trying to prevent us from reaching the playoffs will be:
