The Students’ Union is run by students for students – that means we’re completely dedicated to representing students at Staffs and helping provide what they want from their student experience. That covers everything from advice and support, great venues and events to representation, sports clubs, activities and even a dedicated student media service.
We’re constantly striving to ensure the best possible experience for all students at Staffs and free membership of the Students’ Union is automatic on enrolling at Staffordshire University. That means our students get to have their say in what we do and how we do it.

The Students' Union sponsors and supports a diverse range of student-run groups. We recommend if you are buying something online, to buy it yourself and claim the money back using a claim form. However, we recognise that sometimes the cost of the items can be an issue, and so it is possible to use the Students' Union's credit card to pay for items.
Please contact your key staff member to let them know what items you are looking to purchase. We may require to see proof of three quotes to ensure you are getting value for money.
Locate the products online, and e-mail your site co-ordinator full details including web links for each individual item.
You will be e-mailed receipts and confirmation for all orders - please be aware that products will be delivered to the Student Activities department, and you will be contacted when they arrive.
