Vote of No Confidence in the President
What's it about?
As per Article 4.1.16 of the Students' Union's Constitution, a group of students have called for a Vote of No Confidence in the President, Assed Baig. The question to be posed is "Do you have confidence in the President, Assed Baig?". If a two-thirds majority of those voting say "No", he will be removed from office with immediate effect. Any other outcome will result in him remaining President.
Voting
Voting will be by paper ballot. Polls open 12NOON - 6PM on Tuesday the 9th, Wednesday the 10th and Thursday the 11th of February 2010 and are located as follows:
- Student Lounge, Beacon Building, Stafford
- Students' Union Offices (Above Ember Lounge), College Road, Stoke
- Brindley Building, Leek Road, Stoke
Students who study away from Stoke & Stafford will be able to vote remotely vote by
