We recognise that this time of year is especially stressful for students due to mounting pressure during the assessment period so our Advice Centre are teaming up with the Healthy Minds Psychological Therapy Service to provide a session around mental health awareness.
This session is designed to increase your understanding of stress, anxiety and depression and the changes you can make to improve your emotional wellbeing.
