The University have announced a change to the way students apply for extenuating circumstances.
Starting this academic year (2012-13) students will access the extenuating circumstances application via MyPortal. The application will be found under the applications tab, which currently houses access to your H drive.
The change will enable students to have improved information regarding their awards, modules and elements of assessments.
Your Students' Union President Gary Richardson said: "There can be a lot of stress around the extenuating circumstances process, so any attempt to make it easier to access and improving the communications for the application can only be a good thing."
