QAA

Join the QAA (Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education) as a student reviewer, to help assure the quality and standards of UK higher education.

As a full, paid and valued member of a QAA review team you’ll review Universities and Colleges across England, Wales and Northern Ireland to ensure they meet UK standards for the education they provide.

The salary for each review is likely to be between £1,800 - £3,000 depending on the size and scale of the review allocation. Student Reviewers receive exactly the same rate of pay as other peer reviewers. As well as this huge payout, being a reviewer will look great on your CV and is a brilliant networking opportunity.

The QAA would particularly welcome applications from those who have had experience of representing students' views as academic reps, student officers and school representatives. However if you’re passionate about higher education then you’ve got a good chance too. If successful you’ll need to attend a three-day training programme to prepare for the role.

Full information and application forums are on the QAA vacancy page www.qaa.ac.uk/en/AboutUs/Pages/Student-Reviewer-.aspx applications close midday Monday 11th May.
