The University has launched a questionnaire to get your views around proposed changes to the way it organises student-facing support. The changes will hopefully improve the student experience by relocating all student-facing support services to newly formed hubs or one-stop-shops.
Staffordshire University would not be unique in adopting ‘Student Hubs' as a number of other universities have already gone along this path.
The purpose of the Hubs is to encourage increased consistency and efficiency and promote improved access for student through central locations with all core services in one place, ideally open for longer.
The University wants to understand what you think about this proposal to introduce Student Hubs. With this in mind a short questionnaire has been prepared so as to capture your views, and give you the opportunity to feedback your thoughts and suggestions.
