From 2nd April, the Student Advice Centre will be operating on a system of non pre-bookable, open access sessions rather than pre-booked appointments.
These will operate on a daily basis, usually morning and afternoon, although we recommend you check with the Advice Centre to confirm the times available on the day you wish to come. Should you have an issue requiring further time with the adviser, this will be booked as a follow up session by the adviser.
Please note that Money Doctors will continue to be by pre-bookable appointment only.
We hope this change to Open Access will make the Student Advice Centre more accessible to those students requiring assistance.
