A new Women's football session has recently been launched at Staffordshire University which is open to all students and other interested players.
The session aims to encourage new players to come along and play the game along with supporting new players or players who have played the game before and are now looking to get back into football. The session can also be used as a great alternative to the usual fitness routine and a way of developing new skills.
