"I will help develop clubs and societies, increase volunteering and Give It A Go opportunities and raise the profile of Student Activities."
My role at StaffsUnion is to oversee the Clubs and Societies, Involved, Give It A Go's, OMG and Welcome Week. My aim is to create as many opportunities for you to get involved over the year, whether that is through the 69+ clubs and societies that we have, the Involved volunteering scheme, One Media Group and Give It A Go's. If there is something that we don't offer, you have the opportunity to start it up so please get in touch with me.
How I Can Help You
University is more then just about studying, it is about the experience you have at University and I can help you. If you want to join a club or society, become a volunteer, or take part in a Give It A Gi session I will be able to show you what there is to offer, through Student Activities and in the Community. Whether you are looking for an new experience or to take part in a hobby I will be able to help you find what you need.
I love StaffsUnion because...
we offer so much to what a student can do while at Staffordshire University. I am a firm believer that a Student Experience is improved on how much you get involved with the Students' Union. Without joining the two clubs I did, working for the Students' Union in the LRV, hosting the quiz and being involved in the running off a club, I would not have enjoyed my time here as much. The amount that this Students' Union offers gives Staffordshire University a fantastic vibe on campus and getting involved will make your time here at Staffs the best experience ever!
