We are a fun, independent and challenging club, welcoming everyone with all abilities to every training session.
Our coach Rachel is happy to help everyone and is really friendly. Although we take it seriously its always a good laugh and very socialable. It is a great skill to learn and is extremely good fitness.
We also offer the opportunities in taking part in competitions that could take us all around the country.
