We will be meeting the fab instructors at the studio s and \;trying out both pole and aerial sessions.

No specific clot hing is required\, but leggings or shorts are reccomended (no jeans or ba ggy joggers) \; \;

The studios are a 6 minute train&nbs p\;ride from Stoke (Approx £\;2.90 return)

There is usuall y a train leaving Stoke at 16:32\, but please double check this before yo u set off.
