Roland Orlando Butcher is a UEFA Licensed Coach\, Internation al Cricketer\, Mentor\, Ambassador and Commentator

\n\n

On the 22 Au gust 1980\, he became the first black player to play international cricke t for England. Although his international career was brief\, he played fo r Middlesex for 16 years and has gone on to work in 16 countries around t he world.

\n\n

A passionate football player\, Butcher also and worke d as an academy coach for Arsenal and Reading football clubs.

\n\n

B utcher has learnt much about diversity\, inclusivity and equity over the course of his career and talks about his experience in this event to cele brate Black History Month.
