Join us at our pre-arrival Skills Bridge welcome event (in-person)\, where we&rsquo\;ll be delivering a range of different informal sessions (see below for the f ull programme)\, aimed at preparing you for University life and higher ed ucation\, so you can hit the ground running in your Staffordshire Univers ity journey.

\n\n

Whether you'\;re transitioning from school/coll ege\, or returning to education as a mature learner\, this is a great opp ortunity to make sure you&rsquo\;re equipped with the academic\, digital skills\, and knowledge you&rsquo\;ll need to excel during your studies wi th us. You&rsquo\;ll also get the opportunity to meet support staff\, and fellow students from a range of different courses\, to make friends and connections before you even officially start your studies with us.

\n\ n

As these sessions are aimed at developing you as an independent learn er\, we are asking that you attend the sessions without any accompanying guests\, unless absolutely necessary.

\n\n

These ses sions take place in Study Space 1 on the third floor of the Catalyst Buil ding at our Stoke Campus. \;A membe r of staff will meet you in the Catalyst Entrance from 9.30am \;- they will have a register of those who have signed up for the event and will provide you with a visitors pass.(located on the groun d floor of the Catalyst Building in the entrance) - \;Stoke Campus Map.
