from 12:30pm till 4:00pm to celebrate the new academic year and meet new
 people.
The aim of our picnic event is to allow societies and prosp
ective members to meet each other in a low stress environment in hopes of
breaking some of the tension around attending a new society. If you stru
ggle with making the first step\, dislike loud events\, have been busy du
ring the week or just want to share food with fellow students\, this even
t is a great option for you!

(we will also have a committee co
llaborative playlist playing throughout the event and have access to a co
ol camera for memorable photos)

The societies involved in
this collaboration event are:
LGBTQ+ Society
Amateur D
ramatics Society
Creative Writing Society
Cue Sports
Five
Fret Society
FNAF Society
Horror Society
Hoyo Society
Idol Society
Life Drawing Society
Mario Kart Society
Mine
Staffs
Rhythm Society&nbsp\;
Staf-FUR-dshire Society&nbsp\;
Yarncraft Society

Disclaimer: Many com
mittee members will be bringing various snacks\, drinks\, games\, teddies
and blankets to help make this event great but we highly encourage stude
nts attending to bring stuff with them when getting involved (although th
is is not mandatory).
If you do decide to bring food to share\, we a
sk that you follow union rules and either bring pre packaged food with al
lergen labels on it or if you are making food to let us know in advance s
o we can forward your food safety &amp\; hygiene certificate to the union
. This is to ensure that all attendees are safe and don&#39\;t have to wo
rry about what they are eating at the event.
