con building and compete in either VGC or TCG battles. This is an excelle
nt opportunity to learn the games or get some practise in for larger even
ts. These tournaments are low-stakes and beginner friendly. If reception
is good\, we&#39\;d like to do these every other week.</p><p>VGC is the o
fficial double battles format played on Pokemon Champions. You&#39\;ll ne
ed either a Nintendo Switch or mobile device with the game installed in o
rder to compete. You&#39\;ll also need to have a team of Pokemon to battl
e with.</p><p>TCG is the trading card game. You&#39\;ll need to bring a f
ull deck in order to compete. TCG is played using physical cards\, NOT th
e online platform.</p><p>Competition will be held with the Swiss rounds f
ormat\, similar to how it&#39\;s done at local events. Every round you wi
ll try to be paired with someone with the same record as you. Amount of r
ounds is subject to the amount of players.</p><p>Please ask any questions
you may have in the <a href="https://discord.gg/XcT9eNK9b">Discord</a>.
 Hope to you there!</p></body></html>
