Build your understanding of healthy thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Develop self-management techniques to manage these unhealthy cycles. You will explore resilience, and and what gives people the strength to cope with stress and hardship. It is the mental reservoir of strength that people can call on. Workshops run for 3 weeks
