Wellbeing, Managing your Emotions and Resilience Workshop delivered by local charity Changes, for Staffordshire University students
Week 1 - Fri 5th March - Wellbeing introduction
Week 2 - Fri 12th March - Managing your Emotions - dealing with difficult emotions
Week 3 - Fri 19th March - Resilience
All sessions run between 1 - 2.30 pm. The workshop runs for 3 weeks, and you need to attend all 3 sessions

A minimum of 8 people are needed to run the course
Available for people living in postcode areas ST1 - ST7 (except ST5). This can include your University address.
