Why should I Volunteer?

It shows that you have a growth mindset…

If you have chosen to volunteer alongside your studies, it’s a sign that you never stop learning. Generally, volunteering helps with developing new skills and even discovering new passions. You’re learning new things not only about yourself but also about the world around you. Volunteering even allows you the chance to travel, which opens you up to new cultures and experiences you may not have come across before.

Companies are increasingly looking for candidates with a growth mindset. They want employees who are dedicated and hardworking. People with this type of mindset strive to learn, they see problems as opportunities, and they persist despite obstacles.
