The Students’ Union is run by students for students – that means we’re completely dedicated to representing students at Staffs and helping provide what they want from their student experience. That covers everything from advice and support, great venues and events to representation, sports clubs, activities and even a dedicated student media service.
We’re constantly striving to ensure the best possible experience for all students at Staffs and free membership of the Students’ Union is automatic on enrolling at Staffordshire University. That means our students get to have their say in what we do and how we do it.

The Lounge is a recently refurbished, stylish bar serving great food and coffee as well as the traditional bar refreshments seven days a week. The Muslim Society of Staffordshire University is here for two reasons; to cater for the needs of Staffs Muslim students as best as possible, and to reach out and engage with students from other communities on campus.
Whether you’re a Muslim who needs to fulfil his religious obligations or would like to engage in suitable extra curricular activates, or you’re someone who simply wants to find out more about Muslims in general, The Muslim Society is for you. With dedicated prayer facilities on campus, a small library of books and a quite area to pray, read and reflect, all the right ingredients are available to create an ideal space for Muslims to spend their time and for other groups to join us.
