ENVIRONMENTAL FORUM (both campuses) - 29 Nov 5-6pm in the Students' Union (STOKE) and Tues 30 Nov 5-6pm in the Student' Union (STAFFORD)
The Environmental Forum is a chance for you to find out more about what your Union is doing to make Staffs greener. We'd also love to hear your ideas on how we can make it more eco-friendly so come along and have your say!

TREE PLANTING  - cancelled due to bad weather
The Students' Union has enlisted the help of students at Weston Road School to help plant trees on the Stafford campus. If you would like to help, just turn up at the SU Student Space on 1 December and get ready to get planting!

Thurs 2 Dec 5-7.30pm SCREENING OF 'DIRTY OIL' Ashley Building, Rm LT2
This new film, entitled 'Dirty Oil', dramatically explores the battle between industry, government, local communities and environmentalists over the development of the tar sands. Through the eyes of scientists, big oil officials, politicians, doctors, environmentalists and aboriginal citizens, the film examines the damage caused by our ongoing quest for new sources of oil. (Entry to the film screening is FREE)
