Then you should consider becoming one of our first ever Force Representatives!
Force Reps represent all students across the four Police Forces that Staffs' partners with: Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Mercia and West Midlands.
With a Force Rep for PCDA Cohorts (undergrad) and DC/DHEP Cohorts postgrad) in each of the regional Forces, there are 8 positions available in total.
Should you be elected, your job would be to connect with Course Reps and collate your peers' feedback and experiences to shape changes the University will make to enhance your time studying.
You'll receive online training and support from the Students' Union Voice Team who will help you to be effective in the role, and by working with a partner your workload (such as attending meetings) can be shared to make this voluntary opportunity manageable alongside your already intense schedules.
As a Force Rep you'll also be able to connect with all the Course Reps in your Force through Your Union Rep Hub - a Team where we've connected all of our different representatives together - making getting student feedback easier.
