Problems Purchasing Your Club/Society Membership?

Please click here for advice if you are having problems purchasing your Club / Society membership or logging into the Union website

Club and Society membership products will go up online at http://www.staffsunion.com/activities/clubsandsocs/ on Monday 12th September, however to purchase any memberships you will need to have enrolled with the University and allowed your details to be shared with the Students' Union.

Please bear in mind that to make sure you are able to take advantage of all of the Union services (including Clubs & Societies and access to Venues) you will need to tick the box confirming that you give permission for your details to be passed to the Students' Union. Once you've done this it will take up to 48 hours for our membership lists to refresh, after which point you should be able to register your account, login, and purchase the membership or product you want.

If you have enrolled and have ticked the box confirming permission for your details to be passed on, and it is the first time you have tried to access the Union website then you will need to register your account following the instructions on this page: http://www.staffsunion.com/account/register/.

If you've already enrolled for the year ahead and receive an error message saying you do not have Union membership then please confirm that you have checked the box when enrolling that gives permission for us to receive your details from the University, and that you have waited 48 hours for the databases to refresh. If you are unsure how to check this or need to check the box then please contact the Information Centre -
