In a recent survey, conducted by the Student Advice Centre, you said you would like us to open earlier; and offer a choice of appointments and drop-ins throughout the day. We listened to your views, and the Student Advice Centre in Stoke is now open from 9:00am until 4:00pm without a break. We now offer a choice of drop-ins and appointments, in both the morning and the afternoon, subject to adviser availability.
