Pole and Aerial Arts is a great way to improve your fitness and confidence whilst learning a new skill and meeting people.
Staffs Pole and Aerial Arts Society is about combining fitness together with learning a new skill. Both pole fitness and aerial arts are an excellent way to tone up and build muscle.
We welcome all ages and fitness levels - you don't need to have any experience. The society attends lessons at the PoleFit studios in Longton, and practice weekly on campus.
You can learn more about our extremely talented and friendly instructors by going to the pole fit page on facebook or their official site.
We have also started an instagram for this year to show off our members and the progress they have made. Our username is staffordshirepole if you wanna check out what we do
Both Pole and Aerial lessons are held at the PoleFit studios in Longton:
Unit 2, Aynsley Mill, Sutherland Road, Longton, ST3 1HZ
Studio 22, Oak street, Crewe, CW2 7BX
Members can go to whichever studio suits them best, as long as they book on the pole fit website.
A group of members usually take the train to Longton from Stoke-on-Trent station - keep an eye out on the Facebook page for more information.
All lesson times are on the Pole Fit website. If you're new to the sport, please start at beginner level!
We also have training / practice sessions on campus which you can come along to where we go through the moves we've learnt in class. It's also another chance to meet up with other members - these sessions will be in LRV, day and time are yet to be confirmed.
Our memberships are £59 for the first three months (which includes the compulsory insurance)
This is a huge saving, as classes are usually £12.50 each at the studio we use!
After Christmas, lessons are £32.50 for 5 lessons a month!
