Who are Wii?
Wii are a society dedicated to the era of the Nintendo Wii! If you ever played the Wii growing up, and want a hit of nostalgia, come along! Whether you played games like Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, or Wii Sports Resort, Wii have them.
Did you ever play that one specific game as kid, and you want to see whether that one level was actually difficult, or if it was entirely a skill issue? Bring it along if you have it, or someone might have a copy!
So what do Wii play?
Anything the Wii can run, or be run on, is up our alley. That ranges anywhere from GameCube, all the way up to the Wii U! Wii have earlier games too, thanks to virtual console! This list is expansive, so don't be shy!
So what do Wii do?
Wii host Weekly Sessions, where you can play all the favourites, and that one really obscure game you swear by.
Wii host Monthly Tournaments, within various games, in various styles! No tournament is the same, and Wii also take suggestions on these!
Wii also partake in various collabs across the university, such as GG, and with other societies too!
When?
Wii will be in the Beacon Building on Mondays, 6-9PM, in T003/4 unless stated otherwise. Our discord server is where Wii will send most of our communications through.
