Hey guys! I'm happy to announce our first give it a go session will be next Tuesday! Pole is at 5:15 and aerial will be at 7. Usually a group will get the train to longton so if people want to meet at the train station to walk to the studio let me know! The train leaves at 5:33 and train tickets should be about £2.50 for a return. (purchased yourself from the train station)
If you plan on coming, here's some info you'll need from your instructor Wendy! Also please let me know if you're definitely coming so we can get an idea for numbers!
Pole:
Wrap up warm to start with, layers that can easily be removed during the class warm up. Have shorts on ready under layers for ease ?? for pole we need skin out to grip to the pole so skin contact is essential for progression. If you need to build up to shorts then leggings/job bottoms are fine for the first few lessons. Dont moisturize or self tan at least 24 hrs before class.
Aerial:
You need to be covered for aerial ?? layers are great, leggings or jog bottoms are preferred but nothing that is really baggy. We also recommend long hair to be tied back.
For both please bring water and no jewellery to be worn ?? no outdoor shoes to be worn oast the waiting area so bring something for your feet, either sock or slippers in the colder months ??
