Here's my recipe for a tasty Veg Curry: Ingredients 2 tablespoons of Madras Curry Paste,1  Veg stock cube (optional) 2 teaspoons of sugar (optional) ,1 tin of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil (optional), 2 medium onions, Assorted Veg - carrots, cauliflower, broccoli etc, 1 can of Chick Peas (drained). Method: Cook all the vegetables, exept the onion, in boiling water until just tender (about 10 mins) and set to one side. Using a wok fry the onions until golden brown and add the curry paste. Cook for further 2 mins. Add the coconut milk, sugar and stock and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the vegetables and Chick Peas. Cook gently for another 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir through the sesame oil prior to serving.
