Complaints Procedure

Here at the Students Union, our vision is that every Student will be Proud to be Staffs. With our people at our heart, we have a complaints process in order to try and turn around negative experiences whenever they occur.

Complaints Management | Students' Union Team Intranet

Here at the Students Union, our vision is that every Student will be Proud to be Staffs. We work tirelessly in our community to achieve this vision but occasionally, things do not go to plan. With our people at our heart, we have a complaints process in order to try and turn around negative experiences whenever they occur.

There are four key resources relating to management of complaints:

  • Bye Law 10: Member Complaints Procedure
  • Students' Union Complaints Process
  • Staffordshire University Complaints Process
  • Students' Union Employee Greivance Procedures

Bye Law 10: Member Complaints Procedure

The way in which we handle complaints is outlined by the Students' Union Byelaw 10, Membership Complaints Procedure.
