"In October having only attended university for a short number of weeks I was referred to a cancer specialist and had to undergo a number of procedures. It was an extremely worrying time and occasionally I considered if it was appropriate to withdraw from my university studies. However, when I approached Donna having only meeting her on a small number of occasions. She was instantly supportive and kind, She was patient and extremely understanding, without making me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. Over the following months as I awaited whether or not I required further treatment I was feeling as though due to my attendance I would not be able to achieve my full potential. Donna continued to give me the confidence and self belief to continue as she has with all students "
