"She was a course rep last year and and worked closely with another course rep (George Yoxall) to gather information across several courses and several years to understand the issues regarding Collab last year. They both spent many many hours collecting and writing up incidents and feedback from other students to help make Collab run far fairer and better this year.
They didn't do it for the credit but they spent months working on this and I do believe they deserve to be recognised for their work"
