About Us
The Stafford Film Festival is an independent film festival based in Stafford, showcasing diverse stories from around the world alongside the work of local Staffordshire filmmakers. Our first edition was held on 31 January 2025 at the Stafford Gatehouse Theatre, with an international judging panel and 22 award categories. This year we're expanding to a series of screenings across Staffordshire (late August–September 2026).
The Opportunity
- Volunteer roles for our screenings: stewarding, front of house, tech/AV support, social media and event photography. Roles particularly suit Film Production and media students.
- Requirements: age 18+; no DBS check required (no work with children or vulnerable adults); availability on screening dates, daytime or evening.
- Key dates: recruiting now; roles run across late August to end September 2026.
