🌿Wellness Wednesdays🌿: 8:30am - 9:30am; CH115 (Above Dudley's); Hi everyone! 👋We’re really excited to be starting Wellness Wednesdays for ParaSoc! These sessions are a chance for you to take a little time out of the week, have a chat, grab some refreshments, and focus on your wellbeing.

MPFT (Midlands Psychology Foundation Trust) drop in – no referral needed: 11:30am - 2pm; Cadman Foyer; MPFT provides a free, confidential and friendly space to anyone who would like to seek support relating to their wellbeing and mental health
