1. Alien Brain Hemorrhage Shooter

Ingredients

•  2 shot archers

• 1 shot baileys

•  0.5 shot grenadine

•  1 shot blue curacao

•  Uses the building technique

•  Need 50ml shot glass

Instructions

1. Pour archers into glass

2. Use the back of a cocktail spoon to pour the baileys in so it sits on top of the archers

3. Use spoon to drop grenadine on top of the baileys to create a brain hemorrage looking effect

4. Repeat for the blue curacao

2. Beetlejuice Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 shot of vodka

• 0.5 shot of midori

• 0.5 shot of blue curacao

• 0.5 shot raspberry syrup

• 2 shots of sweet and sour mix

• 1.5 shots of cranberry juice

• Eyeball lollipop

• Uses shaking technique (ie need boston shaker)

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients except cranberry into the boston shaker and shake with ice

2. Strain into a glass full of ice

3. Slowly add cranberry juice to get a diffusing effect

4. Serve with an eyeball lollipop

3. Vampire Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 shot of vodka

• 1 shot of amaretto

• 1 shot of orange juice

• Soda water

• 10 ml Raspberry syrup

• Dracula fang sweets

• Uses stirring technique

• To be made in a short glass and requires a plastic syringe

Instructions

1. Pour vodka, amaretto, orange juice and soda water into glass with ice and stir

2. Suck the raspberry syrup into the syringe

3. Serve with the syringe in the glass and fangs on the edge of the glass

4. Empty syrup into glass and mix to drink

4. Zombie Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 shot of captain morgans dark rum (any dark rum will do)

• 1 shot of bacardi white rum (any white rum will do)

• 1 shot lime juice

• 6 shots pineapple juice

• 1 shot of grenadine

• 1 slice of orange

• Zombie limb lollipop

• Uses shaking technique (ie need boston shaker)

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients except for grenadine into the boston shaker and shake with ice

2. Strain into a glass full of ice

3. Use spoon to pour grenadine into the glass

4. Decorate with slice of orange on side of glass and a zombie limb lolly in the glass

5. Can be drunk with grenadine mixed or unmixed
