University of Staffordshire London Filipino Society, or USL FilSoc, warmly welcomes all students, whether Filipino or not, to experience and celebrate Filipino culture. London is a melting pot of cultures, and we aim to bring some Pinoy spirit into our little corner of it.
We offer a variety of activities to connect, enjoy, and learn about Filipino culture:
Social Gatherings: Casual meet-ups for members to relax and build connections.
Cultural Events: We run party games nights with all-round favourites such as Fetch-Me, Newspaper Game and Head-Shoulders-Knees-Cup. New this year, we're also introducing Tinikling, a traditional Filipino dance, for members to learn and partake in for themselves.
Restaurant Trips: We support local Filipino restaurants, including trips to popular spots like Jollibee, with more planned for the year ahead.
Karaoke Nights: Obviously.
