Hi Hi! I'm sock, a previous Subject Rep and Society manager, I have a strong belief that students know what's UP and, are tired of being underrepresented, or confused by the universities decision making! It's students like us that can make a real change! So:

• Protect Student Voice – Protect Systems such as Course Committee so that students have direct conversations with academic leadership.

• Revamp Academic Reps – Create methods of visibility so you know who your reps are, as well as working with the university to ensure reps are respected.

• Transparency – Lobby for transparency around university decision making, emphasising making communications accessible, so everybody can remain informed.

• Officer Accessibility and Trust – Create bookable meetings for officers, allowing you to be sure the time is yours! Alongside Schemes such as officers on tour

Ensuring Uni is accessible to YOU!

• BSL Inclusion – Include BSL into officer training, alongside offering BSL Resources to all students,

• Accessibility – Ensure that campus is a place that is safe and accessible for everyone!

• Cost of Living Support – Improve Free breakfasts, Expanding to free Hygiene products for students.

A Community YOU can be a part of!

• Student Groups – Offer more opportunities for cross campus collaborations, improving resources and procedure surrounding the booking of union venues.

• Work Showcase! – Create more opportunities for student work to be shown off throughout the year!

• Room Accessibility – Ensure that there are more rooms available for students no matter their discipline, exploring 24/7 options for all students!
