Ensure that the entire campus is fully wheelchair accessible.
Introduce club nights that don’t use flashing or strobe lights to allow people with photosensitivity to attend.
Ensure that the Union Shops and venues are well stocked with food for those that have dietary requirements.
Fixing accessible toilets when they become out of order to be a top priority.
Sanitary bins to be installed in every toilet, not just women’s and accessible.
Students to be given more information on how to access mental health support, including support with academic burnout.
Sensory spaces to be introduced on campus.

More focus on careers in all courses, including a focus on employability and portfolio building.
More information given to students about career support from their first year of study.
Student-led approach:
More opportunities for students to give feedback: drop-in sessions with officers and an online form that is open 24/7.
Polls put out for students to vote on events.
Different types of events to be run, for example sober events and live music.
Student satisfaction:
Equal funding and opportunities for all courses.
Transparency to students on where money is being spent.
Justification given to students for big decisions that are made within the University and Union.
More quiet study spaces and for quietness in these spaces to be enforced.
More information given to students about bursaries they may be entitled to and how to apply for these.
Teaching quality to be improved. When lecturers read slides word for word, students don’t have an incentive to attend as they can read through the slides when they are uploaded onto blackboard.
