I am standing for Full-Time Students' Union Officer with a clear purpose: to make sure every student feels heard, represented and respected.
When I first arrived, I had no circle, no connections and no real sense of belonging. Over time, I built that for myself, and that journey shaped how I understand student life here. Some students arrive confident, others take time. Both deserve equal support, equal opportunities and a system that works for them.
As a Course Representative, I have taken responsibility for raising concerns and working with staff to improve the academic experience. I have seen how change happens and where it does not. That is why I want to take this further.
This role is not just a title. It is a connection between students and the university. A strong voice when it matters and a responsible one at all times.
I will focus on improving the systems that shape your experience, making them clearer, more responsive and fair for everyone. No empty promises, just consistent action.
