In response to concerns raised by the student body, we wanted to share an update on the ongoing discussions about the hot food offer available in Dudley’s Café. We know that you have asked for a wider and more consistent hot food offer, and we completely understand how important this is for those spending long days on campus.
At the moment, conversations are taking place with the University around how we can provide a better and more varied offer in Dudley’s. This includes looking at what’s possible within the current space, resources, and kitchen facilities. We are continuing to explore different options and ideas that could help increase the hot food offer in a sustainable way.
While there are no confirmed long-term changes just yet, we want to reassure students that your feedback has been heard and is shaping these discussions. We’ll continue to work closely with the relevant teams and share further updates as plans develop.
In the meantime, we’ve arranged for ‘The Crepe Revolution’ to visit campus today and offer some alternative food options. You’ll find them located in the back car park — make sure to pop by and check them out! We are working towards getting different options available more frequently.
