Find out about a win for students in London, revolving around Laptop Loan issues.
Down on the London Campus, some students were facing challenges with Short Term laptop loans for their courses. The University discovered an issue with the Laptops where the trackpad would randomly decide to stop working, they tried to resolve the issue, during which time, London students were unable to access the short term laptop loans system to be able to work.
Due to the issue being trickier to resolve than first anticipated, we worked with the University to find a solution, and we're happy to say that the affected students now have their short term laptop loans for this Semester!
