"Phil Chamberlain. Dear goodness what a sweet soul he is! This year, his final year, he joined us at the Scarlettes and all I can say is that he has had a profound and heartwarming impact on us all. His smile and attitude towards cheer is infectious. He is the absolute life and soul of the team. Whenever we're having a bad session Phil will pick us up, cheer us on and get us back on our feet. As his coach, I would really like to point out that he has been the glue that has kept his team from falling apart. Arranging meetings, extra training session - even going out of his way to make graphics and labelled illustrations of the routine for his team mates to aid them in their progression before competitions. I really, truly believe that he deserve this nomination, and closing with a direct quote from the man himself "I really wished I'd joined sooner" - Phil, "the smiler" never change."
