We're pleased to share examples of the wonderful people and groups in our community and how they make our student members feel proud. Each group or individual that receives a recognition submission is in with a chance of winning a We Are Staffs Award!

"We were very sad to hear that Ella would unfortunately have to step-down mid-year, as her enthusiasm and positivity were there for staff and her peers to capitalise on. I'd like to recognise her dedication and tenacity during her time in the role as she attempted to tackle students' issues and navigate some challenging situations.
Ella really hit the ground running as Subject Rep; immediately focused on connecting with her staff and speaking with as many students as possible. We ask all reps to get organised and make sure they're reaching out to their peers, and this is definitely Ella's vibe - she applied her skills developed through student groups to communicate with students and negotiate with staff.
Thank you for all of your hard work as Subject Rep and your dedication to students' experiences! We're sorry you weren't able to see the year to its end in the role, but wanted to recognise your efforts!"
