"Toby always contributes positively to Rep Council meetings where he clearly communicates with peers to scrutinise the Union and university. He engages in discussion to find solutions, whether the topic directly affects those he immediately represents or not, and recently he flagged an issue during a meeting which has seen intervention from senior university colleagues to best support students.
As a first time Subject Rep, Toby has slotted right in like he'd already done it for years. He's positive, engaged and always constructive with ideas or issues he presents. There is always a dependable and approachable vibe from him!
