"If I see Arwen at the bar, I know it's going to be a good time in the venue. Arwen is possibly one of the friendliest staff members working in venues at the moment, and always greets whoever comes in with a smile. They're also great at advocating on behalf of other student staff when it comes to vocalising issues others may not want to, and that can be really difficult to do when you're in the position of an employee. They really deserve so much recognition for this!
