"Throughout this year, I've watched Ava carry forward the difficulties Esports has faced as a group in the most impressive ways. From holding an Esports forum to gather feedback on what Esports should look like as a society, to supporting other groups who would otherwise be unable to host events in Esports spaces to do this with the Esports department - Ava deserves so much credit for all the hard work she puts in often without much thanks and sometimes to her own detriment. She is such a hard worker and we are honestly blessed to have someone who cares so much managing this group."
