"Tina ensures that their teaching meets everyone’s particular learning requirements, rewording questions or answers to make them understandable. They have gone above and beyond to ensure the class have a full understanding of what is expected from them and how to reach those standards. Tina has continued to support students both with work, and with their mental health. Tina has always been there for students who require that bit of extra support, even if it is just for a rant. Tina has the difficult job of working alongside the ambulance service, ensuring mentors are available and spending time with students, organising the use of online services and promoting better support for us on the road."
