"It would take less time to talk about what Yvette hasn't done for the student body. Always courteous, professional and generous with her time, especially with the amount of student groups and volunteers that she supports. She is a pillar of strength and never fails to help students when she can, steering student-led events ever forwards. In a campus that seems to be constantly changing, she is consistently the go-to staff member for questions and for reassurance. Gratitude is not enough when I doubt there is a single committee volunteer on stoke campus who has not benefitted from her aid and advice."
