Phase 1: Immediate Skills (The Conference Day)
On Saturday, 11 April, you will gain "on-the-ground" experience that employers crave.Join a world-class team for one day and build a portfolio that stands out. We are looking for energetic students to fill the following specialized roles:
1. The Digital Media & Content Crew
Perfect for: Media, Marketing, and Creative Arts students.
- Videography & Photography: Capture the high-energy moments and the "heart" of the conference. Build your professional portfolio with international event content.
- Social Media Streaming: Work on our live digital presence team. Engage a global audience in real-time across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Newsletter Content Creator: Act as our "On-the-Ground Journalists." Interview attendees and synthesize the day’s highlights for our post-event global publication.
2. The VIP & Delegate Experience Team
Perfect for: Business, International Relations, and Hospitality students.
- VIP Speaker & Guest Liaison: Join our dedicated point of contact team for our international keynote speakers. Practice high-level professional communication and networking.
- Welcome & Guest Concierge: Set the tone with humility and kindness. You are the first face our global delegates see as they arrive.
- Guest Check-In & Information Point: Work alongside the event management team, help solve real-time inquiries, and keep the event flow seamless.
3. The Brand & Engagement Squad
Perfect for: Entrepreneurship, Sales, and Community Development students.
- HKL Merchandise & Brand Promotion: Drive the mission forward by managing our official HKL gear. Learn the art of "Purpose-Driven Sales."
