Opportunity description:

Staffordshire Women's Aid is a locally based charity providing specialist services for victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence since 1976. Forty-eight years on we remain a grass roots, user-led organisation, placing at the heart of our work the experiences of those we support. We aim to empower victims to become survivors and to shape change towards safer, more independent lives, free from violence and abuse.
Locally, we work to raise awareness, to change attitudes and to engage our local communities in supporting our vision and our values. We rely heavily on awareness raising to enable us to raise awareness of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), gender inequality, and its impact upon our communities.
